Policies & Payment

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as payments on retainers and contract balances. If you'd like to pay online, use the PayPal button on the left. It's safe and secure. You can even use it to pay by check!

Vibrations's policy states that a 50% non-refundable retainer is due at contract signing. The remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to the event but must be paid at least 10 days prior to the event.

A written contract will always be presented to you for your approval and signature. Should you ever have any questions or concerns regarding your event, please contact us immediately.

Since this is your very special event, we treat it as such and price it accordingly. We don't attempt to compete with bargain-basement, turnkey DJ companies or multi-system operators.
